DATA ORGANIZATION
Centralize product data and structure an appropriate database for storage and pervasive sharing within the company.
We have a Tecdoc compliance starting plan refined over the years with the collaboration of our customers.
We take care of implementing the database and managing the data transfer into it.
CLEAN UP EXISTING DATA
Most of the time in our project context we also talk about reviewing existing data.
Needs for completeness of the data or its qualitative improvement (for example for external requests such as DQM Tecalliance) lead to an overall maintenance activity. In these cases we offer a technical operational service working closely with company staff.
DATA MAINTENANCE STRATEGIES
Once a database containing 'clean' data has been created or redefined, it is necessary to ensure its maintenance.
This is certainly the moment in which our experience makes the difference and allows us to develop the best solution to define a policy of more adequate maintenance for the company.
